Artis Executive are seeking a highly experienced Interim Change Lead to design and deliver the people change agenda for a major outsourcing and Shared Service Centre creation programme within a global enterprise environment.
This role is critical in ensuring the organisation’s HR and Finance functions successfully transition to new ways of working, embedding consistent, scalable operating models across multiple regions. We are only seeking applicants with proven experience of leading large-scale functional change in HR or Finance, specifically linked to outsourcing or Shared Service Centre implementation.
If your change experience sits within IT, digital, or technology-driven transformation, this role will not be relevant.
Lead the change and transition agenda for HR and/or Finance functions as they move to a new Shared Service or outsourced operating model.
Partner with senior functional leaders to define and embed new roles, processes, and governance structures.
Drive organisation design, workforce transition planning, and employee engagement activities to support the move to a centralised service model.
Develop and deliver change, communications, and engagement strategies that ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in across multiple markets.
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews focused on workforce implications, stakeholder impacts, and adoption risk.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders to implement change interventions that support a smooth transition to the new model.
Track and report on adoption metrics, behavioural shifts, and delivery risks to ensure sustainable success post go-live.
Extensive experience delivering large-scale functional change programmes related to outsourcing, offshoring, or Shared Service Centre creation in HR or Finance.
Proven success leading people change and operating model transformation across complex, matrixed, global organisations.
Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning global teams through transition.
Deep understanding of organisation design, workforce transition, and employee engagement within HR or Finance functions.
Confident in working within ambiguity, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
Background within blue-chip or multinational environments essential.
Experience delivering Shared Service transitions across multiple regions or markets.
Familiarity with integrating outsourced or nearshore delivery partners.
