External Auditor

Are you a qualified accountant with experience of auditing financial services companies? Would you be interested in a new challenge within the “Risk” area of a financial services business? If this sounds like it could be of interest we’d be keen to hear from you. Our client is keen to bolster the risk function with an individual who has external audit experience and a good understanding of financial services in order to aid with the liquidity and treasury areas of the business. You’ll be someone who is keen to investigate and challenge along with offering guidance on better suited processes to mitigate liquidity risk. You’ll act as a business partner to many different colleagues , being a sounding board to change, and offering advice to colleague’s at all level. This role will require office presence in Cardiff or Newport once a week and will support the risk function with managing it’s second line support.
