Finance Manager

We’re seeking a proactive Senior Finance Manager to lead a small, dynamic team of two. You’ll oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll reporting, providing insights that drive business strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of two finance professionals.
• Manage management accounts, financial planning, and payroll reporting.
• Provide actionable insights to support senior leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance and drive process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferable.
• Proven experience in finance management and payroll reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience developing small teams.
• Shape and grow a high-performing finance team.
• Make a real impact on business strategy and payroll processes.
