As an integral member of the operational HR team, you will proactively support the delivery of professional and timely generalist advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced HR environment, with a broad generalist background covering multiple HR disciplines.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders effectively. The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently is crucial. Candidates should also possess sound decision-making and analytical skills, as well as strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong desire to add value to the business. Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment are important, along with a professional and positive approach to work. Building and maintaining strong relationships is also a key requirement.
Candidates should be proficient in IT systems and be willing to travel to different sites, including overnight stays. A full UK Driving Licence is required.
This is a full-time, office-based role, requiring attendance five days a week. The position is 40 hours per week and offers a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.
