We are looking for a People Advisor to join the team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract, you must be available to start within the next 3 weeks.
You will support the delivery of an impactful, high quality strategic HR Business Partner service to the business through the delivery of HR led initiatives and projects that meet customer needs, drives achievement of commercial business objectives ensuring actions are aligned with policies and cultural values.
You will be responsible for
Supporting the delivery of an impactful People Partnering Service by:
- Supporting the HRBP team with internal/external environmental analysis to identify future opportunities for innovation, change, improvement, reduction of people risk, and ensure plans are developed, prioritised, and agreed accordingly.
- Working with the HRBP team & key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines and create a road map.
- Overseeing the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Identifying potential risks and develop strategies to overcome obstacles to ensure the delivery of the initiatives remain on track.
- Working with Learning and Development in identifying, developing, implementing learning strategies and programmes to complement initiatives.
Developing and maintaining productive senior stakeholder relationships by:
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted partner and ensure their involvement and support whilst driving initiatives.
- Working in collaboration with HR Operations and Centres of Excellence to deliver a unified service and lead people centred workstreams and projects in their business area.
- Demonstrating credibility and competency to enhance stakeholder confidence of HR Operations.
- Acting as a consultant to the leadership team in your business area and as an ambassador for the HR function.
Providing insight by:
- Using people data effectively to make informed business decisions and forecast longer term business needs and trends.
- Providing input and insight to key stakeholders, the HR Operations Manager, and the wider HR Leadership team.
