About the Opportunity
We are supporting a large, multi-country organisation embarking on a significant Target Operating Model transformation across several corporate functions. As part of this programme, we are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who can lead the people centric change activities (not Systems/Technology) required to transition teams, embed new processes, and ensure the new operating model lands successfully and sustainably. Remote working with occasional office meetings/workshop delivery in London.
This role requires someone who has previously shaped and delivered complex change for sizeable, global environments. You will guide the definition of the change approach, shape communication and learning strategies, and build the behavioural conditions needed for long-term adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Change Approach
- Own the definition and delivery of the people change strategy for a major operating model shift, ensuring clarity, readiness, and engagement across all impacted groups.
- Shape communications and learning approaches that bring the transformation to life and help colleagues confidently navigate new ways of working.
Driving Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key stakeholder groups and build strong engagement plans to ensure consistent alignment and support.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and sponsors to help them role-model the change effectively.
Understanding Impacts & Employee Experience
- Lead both high-level and detailed change impact assessments across processes, roles, and behaviours.
- Create personas, empathy maps, and end-to-end colleague journey maps to design meaningful and relevant change interventions.
- Use employee experience methodologies to develop solutions that increase adoption and reduce friction during the transition.
Delivering Change Interventions
- Translate insights into clear change action plans and oversee their execution.
- Mobilise and manage change networks to support local engagement, readiness checks, and two-way feedback loops.
- Design, develop, and deliver communication plans, learning content, and training programmes tailored to different audiences.
Enabling Adoption & Sustainability
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change activities, readiness, and adoption levels across regions or business units.
- Develop embed-and-sustain plans to ensure the new operating model becomes part of business-as-usual.
- Partner closely with transformation, HR, Finance, Communications and wider programme teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience leading major Target Operating Model or enterprise level change management across large, complex organisations. Min 5 Years plus.
- Deep experience defining, delivering, and embedding people-centred change strategies across multiple regions or functions.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, leadership coaching, and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training, communications and high-impact change interventions.
- A track record of hands-on delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where roles, processes and governance are evolving.
