Senior Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a successful business based in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing financial processes, and providing insights that drive business performance.

Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly group management accounts and group financial reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.

Senior Management Accountant Requirements:

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years of experience in management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
