* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within SaaS or a related industry.
* Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail.
* Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (a significant plus).
* Proficiency in requirements management tools and diagramming software.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Transformation Project Manager required by our market leading, retail sector organisation based in Avonmouth. This will initially be a 6-month, fixed term contract which is likely to extend/be made permanent. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week required onsite.
