Assistant Accountant

Are you an AAT qualified or actively studying finance professional looking for a new role? Do you want to work within a fast paced and evolving business that offers a genuine career path? If so we have a brilliant Assistant Accountant role working for a double digit growth business who due to relocation of role are looking to bring an Assistant Accountant into the finance team. Responsibilities will be varied and will range from AP & AR work through to reconciliations, journal work, month end prep, mini projects and analysis of the finances. Working within a very friendly and supportive finance team this role not only requires someone who can do the role but someone who has aspirations to develop, who likes to be busy and and who can work accurately in an evolving and ever changing industry sector. With hybrid working on offer you’ll only need to be in the Caldicot office for 3 days a week (more if you wish), you’ll be offered study support if you’re doing your ACCA/ACMA and you’ll be given lots of autonomy to allow you to flourish and in time take on more responsibility.
