Are you an accounts assistant with sales ledger experience looking for a new challenge? Do you like to work in a fast paced and busy team? If so our fantastic central Bristol based client would be keen to utilise your experience. You’ll work closely with the Sales Ledger Manager in order to make sure that the sales ledger is accurately maintained, invoice queries are resolved, credit control systems and procedures are adhered to, and customer prices conditions are accurately maintained. The ideal applicant will have in depth prior sales invoicing experience and excellent attention to detail. The role will consist of the following duties:
Processing of services to invoice
Produce credit notes
Investigating and resolving debit notes & queries
Maintaining and updating customer information
Assisting with period and year end closures
Liaising with internal and external customers

To be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work efficiently and methodically, be a team player, have the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and management. This role comes with hybrid working of 3 days office for the first 6 months and then 2 days in the office thereafter and a 5% bonus on top of salary.
