Compliance Manager

Are you a compliance professional with a strong financial services background? Are you looking for a new challenge in a second line role? This role will provide advice, guidance, and assurance across the business helping to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and changes. In order to be suitable you’ll need to have the following :

*Knowledge and experience of Compliance (including financial crime) systems, controls, and frameworks

*A proven track record of providing financial crime and compliance oversight, project support

*Experienced of working with FCA principles and regulations, AML, fraud, and sanctions legislation and guidance

*A strategic and working knowledge of the development of Compliance controls, which encompasses digital channels.

*Experienced in regulatory horizon scanning, able to analyse and summarise complex regulatory proposals, rules and guidance.
