This is a new and exciting opportunity for Team Manager to join and take control of a growing contact centre team for well established business in the Bristol area. You will initially be responsible for a team of 10 customer sales & service advisors with a scope to build the team.
The job of the contact centre team Manager is a highly focused position to ensure a service -oriented and professional working environment by supervising the performance of team members and executing necessary actions for their motivation when required. The critical aspect of the role is to drive yourself and the team to achieve targets and grow the operation and team size.
