Digital Content Manager

We’re working with an established and growing consumer-focused business to recruit a Digital Content Manager to join their marketing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of content strategy across multiple brands within a visually led sector.

This role will suit someone who enjoys combining creative storytelling with data-led decision making, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering content across a range of digital channels, helping to drive engagement, improve organic visibility, and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and executing content strategies across multiple brands

Managing and maintaining content calendars aligned to campaigns and launches

Creating engaging written, visual and video content across digital channels

Overseeing social media content and influencer activity

Working closely with internal teams including marketing, product and creative

Managing external agencies, particularly across SEO and PR

Driving organic growth through content performance and optimisation

Using data and insights to refine and improve content output

About You?

Proven experience in digital content marketing (ideally 4-6+ years)

Strong copywriting skills across web, email, and campaign content

Experience creating or overseeing video and social content

Good understanding of SEO and content performance metrics

Confident working with stakeholders across the business

Able to balance creativity with commercial awareness

Comfortable managing agencies and challenging where needed

Organised, proactive, and always looking for new ideas

What’s on Offer?

Salary £40,000 – £43,000

Hybrid working (3 days in office)
