Location: Hybrid/In-Office (First 3 months in-office, then hybrid option available)

Reporting to: Director

As part of a close-knit team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, including IT and HR, in a small yet dynamic environment. With a team of 2 and an apprenticeship program in the pipeline, you’ll thrive as a marketing generalist, leveraging your core digital skills and embracing autonomy in managing your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of marketing, including liaising with our parent companies in Germany and America.
• Demonstrating expertise in SEO, PPC, campaign management, website administration, and content creation.
• Planning and executing marketing events and exhibitions.
• Managing company websites using platforms like WordPress and Sitecore, implementing SEO best practices and enhancing user experience.
• Designing engaging marketing email campaigns for lead generation.
• Effectively managing the marketing budget and focusing on in-house design for digital channels.
• Analyzing key metrics and monitoring campaign performance.
• In your first year, you’ll have ample support as you navigate the role, ensuring a smooth transition and comfortable learning curve.
