Our client is a fast growing software provider based in Cardiff. They are looking for a passionate and driven finance & admin executive to join the team on a 12 month contract with a view to going permanent. The role in 3 days per week with 1 day in the Cardiff office.
The Role
Finance Tasks
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
* Prepare VAT returns.
* Raise/send sales invoices using an automated system.
* Organise collection of aged receivables.
* Respond to client queries regarding invoicing, licences, etc.
* Complete Supplier information for clients.
* Staff expenses.
Operational Tasks
* Coordinate process for placing Salesforce service orders for licences.
* Ensure that contracts are in place for all clients; and copies maintained in the
Salesforce platform.
* Report on and ensure completion of project time records.
* Monthly housekeeping of policy documents.
* Support Client Success Managers in contract reviews, pricing, and renewals.
The Person
* Candidates must be hard working, diligent and capable of achieving high levels of
accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
* Highly organised, used to managing multiple tasks to meet required deadlines.
Thrives under pressure.
* Motivated to learn and self-train, using initiative to complete tasks and solve
problems.
* A good understanding and strong working knowledge of excel.
* AAT, Book-keeping Qualification or proven to be qualified by experience.
