Finance Business Partner

Are you an accountant with finance business partnering experience and a confident personality? Are you someone who can stand your ground when talking budgets, forecasts and cost management to budget holders?

If so we have a brilliant finance business partner role based just West of Bath working for an organisation that puts work/life balance at the forefront for their employees offering hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office) and 33 days holiday plus bank holidays. Benefits aside this role will provide lots of job satisfaction where you will work with various operational leaders making the financials tell a story and helping through analysis to provide factual and actionable management information. You’ll support with the month end process particularly around accruals and prepayments, you’ll carry out variance analysis relating to under and over spending and you’ll be excellent at multi tasking and prioritising workloads. This finance business partner role sits in the largest division of the business so it’s a very visible role in the finance function and will offer excellent varied exposure allowing for lots of your skills to be used. This role requires a part qualified accountant as a minimum who has excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability and the determination to help manage a cash thirsty area of the business.
