Finance Business Partner

Are you a qualified accountant with strong finance business partnering experience? Do you have a talent for providing financial performance and commercial analysis to operational managers? If so we have a fantastic role working for a market leading central Bristol based business who due to transformational growth require a finance business partner to support the southern region leadership team. You’ll be a pivotal bridge between operational staff and associated support functions helping to identify and understand risks and opportunities all the while monitoring regional financial performance. You’ll be involved in P&L performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial strategy deployment, cashflow commentary and collaborating with group reporting teams, treasury and consolidations teams. This role is a true business partnering position within a large fast paced business therefore previous business partnering experience and excellent communication skills are required. This position is office based 3 days a week, comes with a 10% bonus and genuine career path should you want it.
