Finance Change Manager

Are you a change and transformation professional looking for your next Bristol based fixed term contract? Do you enjoy working across finance and the wider back office functions? If so we have a brilliant role working for a market leading business based in the centre of Bristol who are going through a large amount of really positive change where process evaluation has identified the need for transformation. Working with the SMT, subject matter experts and business analysts you’ll be a change professional who is at home with engaging with the whole business and carrying out the following :

*Creating and managing change impact assessments

*Creating and managing Business Readiness Plans

*Processing, cataloguing & mapping across finance with hands on management of SME’s & BA’s in order to deliver this

*Working with Learning & Development teams and holding key relationships within the L&D team on behalf of the finance project team to ensure robust training plans are put in place

Ideally you’ll be a change professional who as a recognised change management certification such as Prosci or be someone who has excellent in depth experience of change within a large corporate environment. This role will commence asap once the right applicant has been identified. The position comes with an excellent base salary, hybrid working and a 10% bonus. This city centre office does not have car parking but is local to many car parks and easily walkable from Bristol Temple Meads train station.
