Finance Manager

Are you a finance manager with experience of overseeing a transactional finance team? Are you happy to work in Weston-super-Mare 5 days a week? If so we have a brilliant finance manager role working for a family owned business who due to an internal promotion need to recruit someone to manage the finance team. This role will ensure the team processes the AP & AR transactions in a timely manner along with carrying out all the necessary reconciliations relating to the ledgers and the bank. This is a hands on role that requires really strong communication and supervisory skills and the ability to multi task and escalate issues when they arise. This role requires previous team supervisory/management experience in a finance setting, a positive and customer service focused attitude and the ability to problem solve and deal with discrepancies that need investigating.
