Financial Controller

Are you a finance leader with experience of operating at financial controller or finance manager level? Are you happy to work onsite at least 4 days a week? If so we have a great opportunity to join a leading South West and Wales business based near Yatton in North Somerset. Due to growth this organisation are looking to bolster their finance function and this hands on role will oversee the month end and year end management accounting and financial accounting tasks supported by a finance team who are experienced and have the appetite for development. You’ll be a qualified accountant who has strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and MI reporting along with consolidations work and divisional reporting. You’ll have excellent people management skills able to get the best out of your team through motivation and training and you’re excel skills will be in point as lots of data needs manipulating and made sense of. This will be a busy and challenging role working with colleagues at all levels across the business so excellent communication skills will be needed.
