Financial Crime Risk Manager

Are you an experienced financial services risk manager with a strong bias towards financial crime mitigation? Are you able to start a year long contract in the next month or so? If so we have an amazing opportunity to join a leading financial services business with a strong moral compass based in the centre of Bristol. Your role will be the first line of defence providing specialist knowledge and hands on support to operational teams and you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that the current internal controls remain fit for financial crime mitigation purposes. As part of a wider risk team you’ll support a programme of continuous process improvements, be involved in writing policies for different audiences and be responsible for collating and interpreting management information for senior stakeholders. This organisation offers significant home working should you want it but office presence will be required once a week for meetings etc. If you’re a professional who is experienced in governance, risk, reporting and problem resolution within a financial services environment then we would be pleased to receive your application.
