FP&A Manager

Are you an FP&A professional who thrives in a complex and fast paced environment? Do you enjoy the challenge that constant change provides? Are you capable of overseeing a small team of 3 and reporting to a fantastic divisional director? If this sounds like you then we’d be keen to hear from you as our growing medium sized client is keen to secure someone with your credentials. You’ll be a finance professional with strong academics that not only has a good grasp of the balance sheet, cashflow and P&L but also can wrap your arms around commercials and work with senior commercial business leaders and provide the necessary FP&A information required to initiate the right decisions at the right times. You’ll be an individual with excellent people skills, credible knowledge and strong all round business acumen allowing you to provide key information sometimes within tight deadlines allowing the business to be as nimble as possible. You’ll be hands on always looking at the bigger picture, be inquisitive and informative delving into data to provide meaningful information and providing guidance to “board” level. This is a brilliant role for a finance professional with desire, enthusiasm and the passion to make a difference with how well a division performs so high performing “go getters” need only apply.
