As part of their steady and sustained growth, they have asked us to find them a Head of Creative who brings with them, along with a specialised background in retail packaging and lifestyle branding a vison and drive that will fuel a creative strategy that will help elevate the brand’s identity within retail and lifestyle market.

About you:

You ll have significant expertise in retail packaging design that will help to create captivating, functional, and brand-aligned packaging solutions. You will work alongside the MD, marketing, product development, and sales teams to align creative efforts with commercial objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the brand’s overall creative vision, focused on retail packaging design, visual merchandising, and lifestyle branding.

* Collaborate closely with product teams to translate product identities into impactful packaging designs.

* Drive the development of lifestyle-focused brand strategies and design concepts that resonate with the target audience.

* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across lifestyle products and marketing collateral.

* Ideate and oversee the execution of creative campaigns for retail launches and lifestyle product lines.

* Manage resources including budgets, project timelines, and creative team capabilities.

* Instigate innovative design techniques and emerging trends relevant to retail packaging and lifestyle branding.

Your Experience

* 8+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with a strong focus on retail packaging and lifestyle branding.

* Expertise in creative, impactful retail packaging solutions and lifestyle-oriented brand designs.

* Experience mentoring and managing creative teams

* Robust knowledge of design principles, consumer behaviour, and trends in retail and lifestyle sectors.

* Proficiency in relevant design software/tools [mention specific software if required].
