Head Of Finance
Our client is an incredible non-profit in the West Bromwich area looking to expand the finance team with a new permanent Head Of Finance. This a Hybrid role with 3/4 days in the office.
The Role
To ensure accurate and timely purchase ledger, payments, sales ledger and credit control services are delivered in order that the Group maximises income collection and cost efficiency.
Ensure that finance is promoted as a business partner across the Group, delivering evidence based advice to the business allowing all layers of management to make informed decisions.
Supporting the development of an efficient, effective, customer focused and solutions focused team
Understand and contribute to the development and delivery of a Finance Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the team’s internal customers

Able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.

Experience
Evidence of achievement through effective performance management, service planning and target setting. Well developed planning and time management skills, to achieve deadlines in a pressurised environment.
ACMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant / QBE with significant relevant experience The ability to use all Microsoft office packages.
Experience of, or the ability to understand, housing related systems including. accounting packages, development appraisal systems etc.
