Head of HR and Partnering

Artis HR are delighted to present this new Head of HR role to the market. The Company are based in London with a SE Asian Parent, operating in 22 countries globally.

The role will be Hybrid, with 2 days in the London office, and occasional international travel.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, and reporting to the CPO the role will support the continued exciting and consistent growth of one of the Groups larger business units, with locations across the globe.

As a Head of HR you will lead a team of business partners, and yourself partner the key commercial stakeholders from across your Division.

You will work with pace, and commercial focus yourself, aligning the priorities of your business area with the wider group people strategy.

As one of 3 Head of you will have the opportunity to shape, implement and deliver a developed people strategy that celebrates all that has made them successful to date and which provides a platform for their further growth.

You will be an experienced HR leader who has operated across a number of international locations, and within a matrix structured Group environment.

You will own all aspects of the HR portfolio, your direct reports will be made up of both generalists and specialists (recruitment and Talent Dev)

You will use data and reporting to understand, analyse and inform your decisions.

You will be challenging, but will recognise the hard work that has made the business successful to date, and be comfortable having any of your own assumptions challenge.
