HR Administrator

Artis Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation to recruit a HR/People Team Administrator. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kickstart a career in HR with a business that truly values its people and puts culture at the heart of everything it does.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and keen to learn-ideally with some administrative experience and an interest in HR. You’ll support the team with day-to-day people processes, particularly around recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Help manage admin tasks related to recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and updating candidates.

Support hiring managers with interview logistics.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.

Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.

General HR Administration

Keep employee data up to date in HR systems.

Support with document management and compliance checks.

Assist in gathering data for reports and metrics.

Employee Relations Support

Support the People Relations Manager with admin tasks, including scheduling meetings and note-taking.

Help with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Entry Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Full right to work in the UK

A positive attitude and willingness to work and learn

Some administrative experience

HR knowledge or interest is desirable
