Interim HR M&A Consultant

Following on from 2 other positions we are delighted to recruit this further role supporting a Global FMCG Clients as they continue their growth with 3 new acquisitions in 2024.

Working with the Global VP for HR and their Team you will support all activity across these global acquisitions and divestments at a Group and in country level.

£800-£900 per day outside IR35.

Working across 17 countries this will be a complex role with due diligence commencing in the 1st weeks of the year. This will naturally lead into negotiation and regulatory approval.

As a consultant you will have significant experience of transferring employees across other global businesses, integrating matrix structures.

Whilst a senior role you will demonstrate taking a hands on role in other similar programmes, the culture of the business is hardworking, but highly engaging and even fun. You will enjoy a practical environment supporting strategy but comfortable for periods of time purely task focused.

This is a hybrid role with UK meetings along the M4 corridor and London, as well as occasional international travel as required.

This will be an interesting, bus, and rewarding role to undertake.
