Artis Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading organisation to recruit an Office Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a people-first, fast-moving business where your organisational skills and proactive approach will help keep everything running smoothly. The role offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week based in the Bristol office.
We’re looking for someone who is available to start quickly and can step straight into a varied, hands-on role.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing office management – from supplies and facilities to supporting on-site teams
Diary and inbox management for senior leaders, keeping priorities on track
Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
Providing general admin support across the business, including ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as an Office Manager, PA, or similar
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Confident communication and people skills
Someone immediately available and able to commit to a maternity cover FTC
UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
What’s on offer:
Salary up to £30,000
Hybrid working – 2-3 days in central Bristol
