If so we have a great role working for a professional services company expecting to grow from £30M turnover to £50M turnover in the next few years. Due to this expected growth this company is looking for the Payroll and Reward Co-ordinator to be based in either Bristol or Bath and be responsible for two tasks. Firstly to bring their relatively small monthly payroll in house and manage the integration onto their HR platform ensuring seamless transition, process mapping and continuous improvement work. Secondly you will work closely with HR on improving the compensation and benefits offering in order to make this employer as attractive as possible to work for. This is a brilliant role for someone who sees their end to end payroll skills morphing into a wider HR related payroll position in the future with a company that offers lots of flexibility around home and office based working.
