Are you organised, people-focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Assistant to join a busy, friendly office in Bridgwater, Somerset.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the recruitment process. From advertising roles to welcoming new starters, helping ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll be doing
Posting job adverts on job platforms
Reviewing CVs
Speaking with applicants, conducting friendly phone interviews, and making offers
Coordinating start dates, inductions, and liaising with managers
Requesting references, DBS checks, and Right to Work documentation
Keeping recruitment records accurate and GDPR compliant
Handling admin tasks such as sending contracts and updating systems
What we’re looking for
A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in recruitment or HR
What’s on offer
Salary up to £29,000
