Sales Team Leader Responsibilities…
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Sales Team Leader Experience…
- Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
