Sales Team Leader

Artis Customer Contact are pleased to be working with this expanding SME business, supporting them in their search for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire their telesales team.

Sales Team Leader Responsibilities…

  • Manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Team Leader Experience…

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
