Senior CRM Manager

This is a key hire where you’ll take ownership of CRM strategy, oversee complex lifecycle journeys, and shape how customers experience the brand across multiple touchpoints. What you’ll be doing?

* Lead the planning, development and optimisation of end to end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation

* Deliver personalised campaigns using segmentation, behavioural insights and data driven decision making

* Oversee the CRM roadmap, ensuring journeys, automations and testing strategies continually improve performance

* Partner closely with product, digital, content and commercial teams to align CRM with wider business goals

* Use analytics, dashboards and reporting tools to track engagement, retention and campaign effectiveness

* Champion best practice, compliance and data quality to ensure the CRM function runs smoothly and efficiently

* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through enhanced targeting, creative content and smart automation

What experience you’ll need?

* Proven experience in a CRM, lifecycle or retention focused role

* Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and automation tools

* Confident managing multi channel CRM campaigns across email, in app and digital channels

* Comfortable working with data, running tests and interpreting performance metrics

* Skilled in building positive relationships with both senior stakeholders and technical teams

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and deliver multiple projects

* A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of a high profile function
