We’re working with a highly engaging national organisation in the education sector to find an outstanding HR Business Partner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, partnering with leaders and helping organisations get the very best from their people.

The role is remote 1st with travel to HQ in Gloucestershire, and other UK locations occasionally.

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Partnering with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective people solutions.

✨ Providing proactive, commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters.

✨ Supporting organisational development, employee engagement and cultural initiatives.

✨ Coaching and developing managers to build capability and confidence.

✨ Contributing to people projects and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar HR role.

✔️ Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.

✔️ A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.

✔️ The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.

✔️ Ideally, experience within education or a related people-focused environment.
