Are you a B2B sales leader, ready to take the reins of a high-performing sales team and lead the charge in a global manufacturing powerhouse? 💪

Our client, a trailblazer in their niche for nearly 30 years, are enjoying unprecedented growth and are now on the hunt for a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead one of their prime business sectors.

With a product offering that serves multiple major industries from aerospace, food technology through to construction, mechanical engineering, medical technology and oil and gas, this role isn’t just about sales-it’s about being part of driving the future of innovation. 🚀

You’ll be instrumental in strategic vision, ensuring sales targets are not just met, but smashed. 🎯

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll forge key relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across diverse industry sectors, expanding market reach and solidifying a position as an industry leader.

Your Responsibilities

– Leading by example, you’ll promote l a culture of excellence that ripples throughout the sales team.

– Seal the deal with key decision-makers from various industries, nurturing relationships and securing lucrative commercial relationships

– Craft and execute strategic sales plans to realise commercial targets

– Ensure an agile response on sales tenders and be a master in the art of negotiation.

– Champion and develop your team to support and drive performance whilst identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

– Be the “oil” in the sales-engine ensuring it runs smoother and faster than ever.

About you

You’ll have a track record of leading sales teams to victory, a knack for strategic thinking, and a pulse on industry trends.

Ideally, have a background working in a similar industry sector where you have enjoyed and been recognised for success

Recent experience or qualifications in the engineering sector would be a huge advantage.
