Finance Business Partner

Are you an inquisitive finance professional with strong analytical and brilliant relationship building skills? Do you like supporting finance, operations and commercial teams with ideas of how to improve performance, efficiencies and profits? Had enough month ends and want to get into the “added value” finance world? If so this position will be right up your street supporting a personable and business facing accounting team. Operating as a finance business partner you’ll be dealing with all sorts of stakeholders, analysing high volumes of data and carrying out monthly cost centre reviews. You’ll be the person who makes the numbers come to life and that gives teams information to formulate strategy and operational performance improvements by identifying opportunities and risks. You’ll be someone who doesn’t want to be sat behind a desk all day, you’ll want to be out on the shop floor seeing and feeling what’s going on delivering meaningful reporting and asking questions. If you want variety and free licence to go digging around then this is a great opportunity to do just that. This role requires you to be in the office at least 4 days a week and offers long term career progression, study support to those that want it and exposure to the leadership team on a day to day basis.
