A great opportunity has arisen for a Real Time Resource Analyst working as part of an energetic and progressive team through which you will be supporting the contact centre service operation.

You will be looking for further opportunity, development, and the chance to work within a operation developing and shaping its operational support function.

The day to day role will consist of

*Primary responsibility for day-to-day service levels

*Assures that near real-time agent performance data is maintained to
support operations management performance coaching.

*Analyses call and staff forecasts to identify needs and corrections.

*Works with operations management to assure that staffing requirements are understood and being addressed.

*Acts as site contact for any service impacting issues and call
centre response(s).

*Communications needs and opportunities to operations management
about cost management relative to on-line staff.

*Maintains staff performance by monitoring call volume; adjusting
and reallocating staff resources; Monitoring Real-Time Adherence

*Excellent communicator with the skills and the ability to build strong and positive relationships

*Problem solver who can has the ability to spot trends, generate new ideas and to challenge when necessary

Previous knowledge and experience in a contact centre real time analyst role is essential.
