Artis Customer Contact are pleased to be working with a leading professional support services brand who are seeking to appoint an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader.

Reporting directly the Contact Centre Manager the successful candidate will directly manage a team of 10-12 Customer Service Advisors.

You will support your team of advisors and the broader operation to ensure a culture of high achievement and constant professional customer focus is maintained across the business.

What you will need to do
*Give your team the support and encouragement they need to deliver the
perfect professional customer experience.
*Motivate, drive and engage the team to go the extra mile and feel
energized about the organisation.
*Walk the floor advising, listening and giving constructive feedback.
Keep the team in the loop through regular team meetings.
*Motivate your team to hit multiple KPIs and targets.
*Demonstrate the value of getting it right first time and never accept less
than the best.
*Maintain key systems and processes.

You'll definitely:
*Have excellent leadership skills and experience of managing high
performing teams.
*Know exactly how to motivate, communicate and influence your team.
*Be able to lead through change and deliver a consistently brilliant
customer experience.
*Have strong analytical and numeracy skills.
*Define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:
*The working hours are 37 hours per week.
*Contact Centre Operating hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with a 1-3 Saturday 9am - 12pm

Knowledge and experience of managing a team in a contact centre environment are essential.
