The Interim Training Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of several innovative service courses, specifically to support the Contact Centre Operation. This will help support the organisations company care principles by providing an excellent ongoing development programme, ensuring all employees, deliver the highest standards of service provision to their customers.
*Deliver a best practice approach to training and development at all levels within Customer Service operation.
*Identify, design, and deliver relevant and up to date training and development programmes at all levels, based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs.
*To be responsible for and proactively drive the design, development and effective delivery of training within defined timescales, throughout the customer service operation.
*Responsible in ensuring that all training material is continually reviewed and updated aligned to management expectations and performance indicators.
*Establish and implement effective tracking and measurement systems to evaluate the business impact of training against predetermined success criteria.
*Support the efficient spend of the L&D training budget for Customer Service.
*Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
*Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary training equipment
*To identify development opportunities and coaching needs, through establishing, delivering and maintaining a Quality Monitoring Process.
*Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and be able to communicate at all levels.
What we need you to have:
*A strong background in Training within, ideally, a contact centre or equivalent service environment.
*3+ years in a Training delivery capacity.
*Hands-on training experience.
*Advantageous if you have any training related qualification.
