This is a great opportunity for someone with HR and Recruitment Administration experience to utilise their skills in an exciting and challenging environment. The company are based in the St James Barton area and are easily accessible by public transport. They are also close to the cafes, restaurants, shops etc.
You will be dealing predominantly with assisting recruitment and on boarding of new staff, so you must be able to hit the ground running and enjoy a busy workload.
*Providing administrative support to all areas of the HR and Recruitment team
*Assisting with recruitment
*Screening potential new staff
*Assisting with interview process
*On-boarding of new staff
*Assisting with reviews and disciplinary
*Assisting with paperwork for leavers
*Answering phone and emails
Working on a full or part-time basis. Full time hours are 37.5 per week Monday - Friday between approximately 8.00am - 6.00pm although exact times are negotiable. Par time hours must be at least 30 per week worked over four or five days. Term time only working is considered.
*Have experience within a similar position
*Have strong administration skills
*Ideally have experience of HR and Recruitment Administration
*Be available to start within the next week
*Enjoy a busy working environment
*Work well alone as well as within a team
