HR provides strategic support to the leadership team ensuring that they have the right people with the right capabilities to deliver the group's strategic priorities. The core activities of the HR function is to find, grow and retain great people - maybe someone like you?

We operate centres of excellence in Reward & Performance, Employee Relations, Talent & Recruitment and Learning, along with an HR Operations Shared Service team. Our HR Business Partners provide the link between the centres of excellence and the leadership team in ensuring HR solutions are fit for purpose and delivered right first time.

Our Reward team plays an important part in our business. The team is responsible for our Compensation offering, Pension Scheme, Flexible Benefits, Company Cars, Share Plans, Performance & Recognition for partners - helping …. be a great place to work, as well as our HRMI.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Reward Team as an Assistant Manager to deliver high quality Reward and HR MI and support the implementation of HR and Reward policy.

Today you'll bring:
Ideally, you'll currently have these skills and experience:
*Previous experience in HR and Reward data analytics.
*Experience in management of the annual compensation cycle including benchmarking, comp modelling, executive compensation, Share plans, Remuneration Codes and policies.
*Experience of working with complex data and compiling management reports.
*Advanced Excel skills - comfortable building and running complex models.
*Experience of HR SAP, including ability to extract data for reporting and analysis. In-depth and detailed understanding of the SAP compensation module.
*Brilliant at communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Ability to support the provision of advice and analysis to inform business decisions.

Tomorrow you'll:
*Support Reward specific projects such as the annual pay and bonus review, providing support and advice to the business on reward related matters.
*Monitor operation of the Recognition scheme.
*Support the successful execution of the Reward & Performance Strategy whilst monitoring and updating reward policies.

*Have good self-awareness and a high focus on developing your own skills and knowledge
*Be recognised by your stakeholders as providing fantastic support - building "Brand HR"
