Artis Recruitment are currently supporting an exciting organisation in Cirencester with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Partner, this is a full time permanent position offering a salary of £40-47,000 + bonus and one of the best benefits packages on the market. This is a hybrid opportunity with a 3-day WFH split.

Main Purpose of Job:
To take responsibility for the management of all talent acquisition (TA) activity in your business area(s) to Include senior recruitment whilst working in partnership with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation in respect of recruitment matters. You will be responsible for operational oversight and development of the Talent Acquisition Specialist in your business area, allocating work and overseeing the output. You will take a lead role in contributing to the development of talent acquisition best practice throughout the team, this may include owning and managing key supplier relationships as required by the Head of Talent Acquisition & EVP, and to take responsibility for delivering important TA projects and initiatives. You will deliver an end to end service to hiring managers for all roles under your responsibility in line with cost, diversity, and time to hire targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:
*Develop strong relationships with business area leads to understand their current and ongoing recruitment requirements, enabling effective resource planning.
*The postholder will manage vacancies typically up to and above DD Level (including Non - Exec Directors) in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage a caseload of vacancies (end-to-end) alongside other role responsibilities. Confidently delivering all aspects of the recruitment service from briefing, advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, assessing, selecting, and offering to candidates against agreed timeframes.
*Take operational responsibility for work allocation to TA specialist, monitor outputs, act as an escalation point for complex queries for resolution. Conduct regular reviews and personal development plans.
*First point of contact for SM&CR recruitment queries, guiding managers where needed through this complex area to support them in meeting their regulatory obligations.
*Take ownership of key project initiatives for the team and contribute to EVP activation
*Ensure a world class experience to line managers and candidate making use of the recruitment tool kit to promote best practice, ensuring adherence to recruitment aspects of employment law and to ensure the best candidate is selected for each role.
*Be fully qualified in Hogan (L2 and above roles) and SHL assessments (Level 4-3) to advise hiring managers on job appropriate psychometrics and ability testing
*Build strong and diverse candidate talent pools to support our direct attraction strategy. Representing the company at external careers fairs and networking events. Use own networks, talent pools, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards to proactively source and attract candidates.
*Take a lead role in contributing to the management of our agency PSL, resolving relationship, or invoicing issues and escalating to the Head of TA & EVP where required.
*Identify trends and Insights from market research and candidate feedback to have meaningful discussions with senior leaders about the talent marketplace within your directorate.

People Management Responsibilities:
*Responsibility for operational management of a Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Knowledge:
*Significant demonstrable experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition expert or Recruitment Manager, gained in-house and via a professional services agency or RPO company.
*Ability to work autonomously and effectively to manage a senior level vacancy caseload in a fast-paced environment, using experience and judgement to ensure efficient delivery against agreed timescales.
*The postholder will ensure a robust recruitment process is followed to ensure that the role requirements are appropriately met by the candidate's skills and experience.
*Proven ability to coordinate, negotiate and resolve complex issues at approval and offer stage of the recruitment process.
*Identify and develop candidate sourcing mediums to ensure an appropriate flow of suitable candidates.
*Significant experience of using applicant tracking systems and other talent technologies.
*Experienced in designing and delivering recruitment process improvements.
*Expert in employment law knowledge relating to recruitment and inclusion & diversity.
*Experienced in leading and advising on competency-based interviews.
*Qualified In psychometric assessments (Hogan & SHL)
*Experienced in the use of own networks, LinkedIn, job boards and social media to proactively source and attract candidates.
*Intermediate Word, Outlook, and Excel
