To deliver proactive, responsive, high quality and cost-effective HR support to UK sites and to support the HR BP for the development of the business.
*Responsible for 1 site in Dunstable, Unionised Environment and supporting a workforce up to 100 employees.
*Ensure core policies and processes are consistently applied, identifies opportunities for improvement.
*Responsible for supporting HR BP with pillar actions supporting the business needs.
*Build effective working relationships with business management.
*Supporting with Recruitment, ensuring up to date job descriptions, assisting with interviews, offers, contracts, induction.
*Responsible for Compensation and Benefits self-select system, making any amendments or changes.
*Working directly for an HR business partner, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, systems management and related administration.
*Supporting line mangers with recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and a wide range of employment and employee relations matters, your role will be varied and busy.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, resilient and has a wide range of generalist HR knowledge, is used to working in a fast paced and changing environment and can plan and prioritise their workload accordingly. Experience working within a unionised background.
