Are you an experienced and efficient office administrator who enjoys helping with finance? If so we have a lovely varied role working for a small business based near Kingswood who are looking to add to their existing team. This role requires excellent attention to detail and day to day you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, dealing with emails and enquiries from customers, typing quotations, processing sales orders, creating work orders, invoicing, taking credit card payments, filing, administration and other general office duties. Occasionally it would be useful to help cover for colleagues in the accounts office where you might get involved with bank reconciliations, purchase ledger processing, VAT, payroll and credit control work but training would be given to the right person. If you have good communication skills, a good phone manner and the ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail then this would be a great role for you. This role is based in the office 5 days a week and has a lunch time finish on a Friday. Any experience of using Sage 50 would be advantageous as will good ability on excel.
