As part of the training function for this establish brand, and with a team to support you, you will be responsible for developing the customer care advisers' skills allowing them to deliver a higher quality of service and engagement.

Your core role will require you to
*Deliver contact centre training and coaching courses ensuring the core messages are delivered effectively.
*To motivate and enthuse others, whilst ensuring the coaching, coaching, development activities are closely aligned to commercial requirements. You must also have the ability to appraise staff with proven feedback skills.
*Design and create an innovative individual coaching programs that inspire our people to deliver the best service.

Essentially you will consider yourself a

*Passionate about developing others and be able to inspire your trainees to be as enthusiastic and committed as yourself.
*Experienced in the coaching, training and development.
*To have a good understanding of the current learning trends and innovations in the training profession
