This highly regarded financial services organisation has a need to bolster its Partner Business Relations Team and support ongoing growth by recruiting a new Senior Finance Business Relations Manager. They have grown through the ethos of offering quality and building trusted and enduring relationships with their clients and have received numerous rewards for their services. The main purpose of the role is to use your in-depth knowledge of internal processes and your professional knowledge to provide a consultation service to Partner Businesses in relation to business growth, exit strategy, financial support, business structure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
*To provide a professional, personable, consultancy service in relation to financial support, business sale, structures, succession planning, exit strategy, tax implications, mergers and growth
*Build strong relationships with Partner Businesses
*Act as a point of contact / project manager to ensure high profile cases and escalations are resolved across all departments efficiently and effectively
*Support the Field Recruitment operation through the bespoke provision of guidance to new recruits on the business sale process, structure & tax implications and the financial support offered
*Provide an effective coaching and mentoring support service for internal and external stakeholders

Skills and experience required:
*Ideally you will possess a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Diploma in Financial Services, Tax)
*Professional knowledge (such as company structures, tax, legal) obtained through experience
*Have a strong understanding of how a Partner business operates, what issues they face and what support they require from this role
*Ideally you will possess a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Diploma in Financial Services, Tax)
*Have a strong commercial awareness of the industry
*Understand the regulatory requirements of a Partner Business
*Engage with key stakeholders in a manner that builds confidence and respect for the performance of the team
*You must have strong conflict management and negotiation skills
*Experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations
