This role has been newly created to assist both the recruitment and scheduling teams. The role will primarily focus on administration duties that will support the whole team and make sure the standard operating procedures are being followed when handling candidate documents and queries.
The role is based within our 'Retail Staffing Team'.
*Upload all candidate information packs and data on the NAV Miracle system
*Upload and regularly check all visa's, medicals and seafaring certification on the NAV Miracle system
*Be responsible for all seaman's book applications and work closely with logistics to make sure the documents reach the correct ships
*Obtain an order Uniform for all ships
*Send through monthly payroll changes and new details to the accounts team
*Upload all employee appraisals and return requests to the NAV Miracle system.
*Help the Retail Staffing Manager create monthly statistic report for key stakeholders
*Work closely with the 'HR Systems Specialist' to maintain and update data quality on all IT based platforms
Essential Attributes, Skills & Experience
*Good understanding of Microsoft Office
*Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
*Confident verbal and written communications skills.
*Numerically confident with a keen eye for detail.
*Logical approach to problem solving.
*Microsoft Navision experience would be ideal, although is not essential.
