Being the first point of call for your clients, you will be expected to proactively address and resolve any issues that arise ensuring that contractual obligations are met for both parties, providing a market leading service that helps cement the business partnership.
You will need to have a strong commercial awareness, spotting opportunities to develop new and grow existing business, that is aligned to the client's values while driving change solutions through the service delivery operations team, that ensure the client and their customers experience goes beyond expectations.
Essential Experience in…
*Business Process Outsourcing or Business Process Management or Outsourced Contact Centre partnerships.
*Contract and SLA's negotiation. Excellent communication skills are a must
*Interpreting analytical information and producing reports for clients that are easily understood.
*Building strong customer relationships and partnerships in an outsourced arena.
*Influencing and motivating others to deliver successful change across variety of different functions.
