In this exciting role you will manage the implementation of different quality frameworks that support a multi-skilled customer contact operation through removing cost and increasing process efficiency by improving customer and employee experience.
We're looking for an individual who is passionate about continuous quality and process improvements, driving change to enhance the customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent professional who has outstanding experience in process improvement, implementation and project management in a contact centre environment. This means you will have exceptional leadership, analytical and strategic skills and the ability to change, influence, implement and build relationships.
