Artis Customer Contact is pleased to be working with this customer centric brand who is seeking to appoint an experienced Fraud Prevention Customer Operations Manager.
The organisation is passionate about their business and being proactive about fraud prevention ensuring their customer received a first-class experience if they are victims of financial crime. Joining an award winning and growing team, you will be passionate about optimising and transforming the experience customers have when they need to discuss fraud. This means we are looking for a dynamic leader to support them in taking their service to a new level.
You will provide leadership, direction and real time management to the Customer Contact Operation in order deliver service excellence, operational metrics and continuous improvement across multiple teams within fraud operations.
Your natural style will be engaging, proactive, and innovative to ensure you are able to get the best from your teams. You will be a very effective stakeholder manager, and your clear and collaborative communication style will be evident across the whole business.

While this role is remotely based, it does have teams based across multiple sites in the North West, and South Wales therefore occasional travel will be required.
Knowledge and experience of managing a Financial crime contact centre operation is essential.
