You will be a senior generalist, but will have previously overseen teams delivering Employee Development, Pay & Reward, Job Evaluation, Equality Diversity and Inclusion. Not necessarily a subject matter expert in all you will work with senior managers and the executive to develop and through your teams deliver key projects to support the further growth and delivery of the wider people agenda (incorporating Business partnering and HR operations)
You will enjoy developing your own teams, and be regarded as a strong coach and mentor.
For the HR director you will be a strong partner, and will enjoy a close, trusting relationship where you will have the autonomy to lead projects in these key areas.
This role will begin as a 6 month FTC but could potentially develop into a perm opportunity
